Candidate is
responsible for managing a call center that is responsible for
selling products and services nationally to independent insurance
agents. You will recruit, hire, train and motivate two Directors
of Sales while striving to attain established sales goals and
maintain expected call center activity.

KEY
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous
experience in selling Consulting Services and Information
Technology solutions to the Fortune 1000 Clients in the health
care Industries.
At least 10 to 15
years of delivery experience (preferably in executive levels for
the health provider) and 5 years of sales experience developing
and delivering solutions into the health care industry with a
proven track record of executive sales success.
Action-oriented,
results -oriented, "take charge" attitude, capable of
developing a strong business case for client action and the skills
to bring those to close.
Track record of
driving new client revenues in excess of $6 million annually.
Strong executive
presence and professional image.
A team player; a
highly collaborative, team oriented process. Leads development of
opportunities and management of team resources to grow the
business.
